Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and your purchase falls within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.

Return conditions

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and must not have been used or worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Where applicable, the original items supplied with the product and the original packaging should also be returned. Please keep your proof of purchase or order number.

How to return an item

Before sending an item back, contact us at commerciale@tizianapiola.it.

Once the request has been opened, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and the correct return address.

Items sent without prior notice may not be correctly identified or processed.

Custom-made and personalised products

Where permitted by law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

This may include Bespoke creations or other products made specifically according to individual customer instructions.

Damaged, incorrect or defective products

Please inspect the product when it is delivered. If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or that you believe is not in conformity with the contract, contact us promptly at commerciale@tizianapiola.it.

Where useful, please include photographs and your order number so that we can assess the issue quickly.

Your statutory rights relating to the legal guarantee of conformity are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this policy.

Exchanges

If you wish to replace a product with another model or variant, please contact us first.

Depending on the circumstances, you may need to return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item and completed the necessary checks, we will inform you of the outcome of the request.

Where a refund is due, it will be issued using the original payment method unless another method is agreed where permitted by law.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping costs

Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return and on the rights available under applicable law.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, please contact us before arranging any shipment.
