Orders and payments
Choose your piece, select any available variants and add it to the basket. At checkout, enter your delivery details and choose your payment method; before you confirm you will see a full summary with shipping costs and total.
Active payment methods are shown at checkout, before order confirmation. The amount is charged only upon confirmation.
Yes. Immediately after confirmation, you will receive an email with the order summary. If you don't find it, check your spam folder or write to us at commerciale@tizianapiola.it.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number: we will check the status of the production or shipment and let you know what changes are still possible. For custom-made pieces and Bespoke creations, production only begins after confirmation of the details agreed upon with you.
Shipments
We ship to Italy, European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States. Available destinations and their conditions are shown at checkout based on the selected country.
Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €350. Every order is checked and packed in our workshop before dispatch. Estimated costs and delivery times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before payment. For made-to-order pieces and for the Bespoke service, production times are stated on the product page or agreed case by case before the order is confirmed. Full details are in the shipping policy.
When the package is handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code and link, if available for the chosen service.
For shipments within the European Union, no duties are due and VAT is already included in the price shown at checkout based on the destination country. For destinations outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs duties and any import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be requested upon delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return. The piece must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, with all tags and in its original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase. For shipments direct to a European Union country you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, with no obligation to give a reason. See the returns policy.
Write to commerciale@tizianapiola.it indicating the order number. Once the request is accepted, you will receive the shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a previously approved return request cannot be accepted.
After we have received and inspected the return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days; the time it takes for the funds to appear then depends on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval, please contact us.
Made-to-measure and personalised products, including Bespoke creations, cannot be returned, nor can promotional items and gift cards. If you have received a piece that is damaged, faulty or different from the one you ordered, contact us straight away: we will assess the problem and put it right.
Materials and care
Tiziana Piola's creations are made of bronze cast using the lost-wax method, finished with a 24-carat gold plating or in a silver or rose gold finish. Some models incorporate natural stones and suede, leather, silk, or hide cords. The material of each piece is indicated on its respective product page and detailed in Materials and Care.
Each piece is individually handcrafted using the lost wax technique: minor variations in surface, texture, and tone are part of the artisanal process and do not constitute a defect. This is what makes each creation unique.
No. Remove the piece before showering, bathing, swimming and going into the sea. Also avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, creams and perspiration, which can alter the finish.
Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth, without chemicals or abrasives. When you are not wearing it, store the piece in its pouch or box, away from heat sources and direct light. Full guidance is in Materials and Care.
The composition of each piece is indicated on the product page. Metal sensitivity is individual: in case of known allergies or sensitivities, contact us before purchasing and we will find the most suitable model together.
Sizes
Measure the circumference of your finger with a flexible tape measure, or the inner diameter of a ring you already wear comfortably, and compare the value with the conversion chart in the Size Guide. Alternatively, a trusted jeweller can take your size with a ring sizer.
Measure your wrist circumference with a flexible tape measure and add approximately 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit. For open-cuff models, adjustment is manual and progressive; any adjustability is indicated on the product page.
The length indicated on the product page determines how the choker or necklace will hang. Some models have an adjustable clasp: this detail is reported in the Details section of the product page.
Write to us before purchasing: we'll check the available sizes for that model together. For non-standard sizes, our Bespoke service allows you to define the exact size with Tiziana.
Bespoke
Yes. The Bespoke service transforms an idea, a gesture or a personal story into a unique piece: from made-to-measure creations to wedding rings and engagement rings, every project begins in direct dialogue with Tiziana.
It starts with a contact: tell us about your idea and the occasion. Together with Tiziana, the shape, materials, finishes, and measurements are defined; the piece then takes shape through the savoir-faire of the Italian artisans with whom we collaborate. Precious metals, semi-precious stones, and precious stones are selected for the project.
Timelines depend on the complexity of the project and the materials chosen, and are agreed upon on a case-by-case basis before order confirmation.
No: custom-made and personalised products are excluded from the right of return. This is precisely why every detail, including measurements, is defined and confirmed with you before work begins.

Creations are available online on this website, with shipping to Italy and abroad.
